No. The method teaches you to secure your first property without owning it, legally and with the owner’s permission.
MRF Essentials is at your own pace, with 6 months of access. MRF Launch is a guided 8-week plan you can start whenever you like, with 12 months of access to the courses. Mina’s Circle lasts 12 months.

Yes. In all three levels you receive a course certificate when you finish the modules and pass the exam. And if you already run an accommodation, you can apply to become an MRF Certified Operator, which includes a review of your accommodation and the opportunity to join the MRF accommodation network.
